Where'd you get that park bench?  I've been wanting to build one, but that never seems to happen.

My parents gave me that bench (birthday gift, maybe?) shortly after I first put the shop here. I'm thinking 2009, so my 40th birthday. I really need to replace the wood seat boards, but he iron parts are pretty stout. That'll be a good springtime project. I like to sit out there on sunny days and play/test out guitars.

It's a snowy day in Mason's Cove. I made a couple trips back to the house for coffee refills, cleaned off the porch to the Shop up here, and... that's about it. So far, about 4" of Connecticut Confetti. The Devil's Dandruff. New England Clam Powder. New Hampshire Cocaine.

Oh well, back to fixin' geetars...

Lovely pix, Greg.

I think cold is just fine & dandy - but cold 7 wet is a whole 'nother smoke; that's a good way to cease living.

Nice rainbow shot!  A double, and in an unusual spot.

Not only is that a great shot, but it must have been amazing just to be there to experience it.

The slight haze combined with where the light hits makes it like a stargate or some such; wonderful shot!

Very cool.
Pets are love wrapped in fur, or hair, or hairless depending on the breed(s).

Are the dogs aware of being cautious of snakes when they are wandering, or are they kept on leash in those types of environments?

Huh - never saw poppies that weren't red.  I've learned something today; thanks!
And those are some fine-looking pooches.  Say what you will about other critters, I am, always have been, and always will be a dawg man (but I do set a lower limit on the definition of "canine" as 40 pounds or so.......)

This time of year always a leash.  They are great dogs, but have no snake sense! Some of these baby pacific rattlesnakes are about the size of a large pencil, so i keep them tight on trail.

It's nice to walk along a trail by a field of flowers.
