Franklin County is somewhat famous for Moonshine... but not this kind.  ;D

I just saw this when I marked off-duty at the Boones Mill Water Treatment Plant a few minutes ago. It's hard to capture the moment with a cell phone cam, and do it justice, but it was such a spectacle I had to try.
