Howdy! As I posted previously, I was given a Meyer Sound USW-1 2x15 subwoofer. I picked it up today, and now I am dying to try it out.

What I'm looking for would be a speaker cable which has a Speakon connector on one end and an EP-4 4-pin connector on the other.

A friend told me I could make one, but that is beyond my know-how.

I know it's a longshot, but maybe someone out there has a cable they wouldn't mind selling to me so I can hear this awesome cabinet. Thanks!

I think you are going to have to either make one yourself or find a company that will make one for you. The EP-4 connectors predate speakon connectors so speakon to EP-4 isn't going to be a common cable. I just ordered a speakon to speakon cable from audiopile.net in WA and am pretty sure they make the cables they sell in-house. You could try giving them a call to see if they can help you out. I got a good price from them, no tax and fee shipping. Sweetwater's speakon cables were at least twice as expensive but you could run this by them, too. Neither of these sources sells a speakon to EP-4 cable. Maybe you will get lucky and someone here will have one.

The Meyer cab you got is pretty small but heavy, how hard was it to move it?

It’s very awkward to move by yourself. It may never come out of my house.

Thanks for the advice! I think I'm going to get an EP4 to banana cable, as JimmyJ suggested, from Bayou or Event Horizon.
