In addition to the Alembic output jack, Switchcraft 53, the Switchcraft ¼" Mono 2-Conductor Input Jack, Double Open Circuit (Type 13) jack seems like a worthy alternative replacement.

This works - but the bushing isn't long enough. If they have an L13, it will have a longer bushing.

Thanks Mica. My 91 Essence took the standard 1/4" deep thread type 13. It looks like the recess for the jack was deeper from the factory, but I'm not 100% certain. The old type 113 was the standard length threads. Just thought I'd share this with everyone in case they were looking for an alternative. Of course, the old jack would have to be checked for length to see if it would fit.
