Well, we had all 3 sons, all 3 D-I-Ls, and all 4 grandsons here over the holidays. I gotta say, my big, old house doesn't seem nearly so big with 8 adults & 4 kids in it.......

I hear ya' man...
My Folks and I did Christmas on Christmas Eve this year. The next day, they had 4 adult kids and their respective 4 significant others or spouses, plus 9 grandchildren and 4 dogs. 19 people and 4 dogs.
I volunteered for double-shifts at work to keep it from being 20.

When I was a kid we use to go to the grandparents on my mothers side for Thanksgiving and in the summer family reunion. In addition to our four there were my mom's four sisters and their families. All 28 of us would stay at the house. I've always remembered the size of the house as being adequate. It was the lack of bathrooms that was the problem even though they had two full ones.
