Hey Mica...this is that beautiful 84' KOA Top Spoiler I just purchased. I have owned a few of these...this is the nicest.
Hoping to get some info. Thanks....working my way to having a Series custom built after a visit to the mother-ship.

Hi Craig,

Like I mentioned, you have a pretty Koa topped bass :)

Here's the details from the file:
model number: SMB4
top: Koa
accent: none
body: Mahogany
neck: 3-piece Maple
scale: 32" medium
fingerboard: Ebony
inlays: Pearloid (plastic) ovals
pickups: AXY
controls: "Spoiler" volume, pickup selector, filter, 2-position Q-switch, mono output
originally made for: not recorded
birthday: November 28, 1984 (coming up!)

That's all there is to report.

Yes it is a beautiful Koa top Mica ...lol. Thank you so much. I am going to have a birthday party for the bass.
I believe I will be putting a Fatboy in the bridge position.
