78 Series I on ebay

Missing a tailpiece screw, missing a fret marker, looks like a dog chewed on the upper horn ??

That'd pair nicely with my 78 guitar...very similar wood recipe.

You beat me to it, Elwood... I was gonna' say, that'd be a nice pairing with ol' 1100.  ;D

No power supply with this one either and the strings look they haven't been changed in years. I don't think the top is cocabolo as listed. Looks like the same batch of rosewood as my 78 Series bass. Would be a killer bass after someone gives it some TLC.

This bass kind of speaks to me. Sadly, I'm far too financially embarrassed to even contemplate it.

Yeah, that's definitely the darkest, least contrast-y cocobolo I've ever seen.
