Waiting for my first Alembic Mark King Signature 2002 Walnut Burl

Hello Alembic fans,

In about 2/2,5 weeks I finally will receive  my biggest bass wish for so many years!!! It's a Mark King Signature bass build in 2002 Walnut Burl and I can't wait to bring this piece of finest art home! At this moment Sims in the UK is replacing the red side leds with blue ones and I also asked to add blue front leds as well (right now I own also a Status S2 Classic bass with red front leds so this time I have choosen  blue front/side leds)

I want to thank Edwin van Huik, http://www.connectionbult.com/wp/, very much because when I was looking for such a Alembic bass and send him an email, he replied already within 5 minutes that he has got a Mark King signature bass in his shop so I was and still am sooooooo verrrrrrrry happy!!! Thx Edwin!!!

Of course I will post some action pics when my Alembic is finally at home: here are already 2 pics of my first Alembic bass! Cooooooool!!!

Still some days to go....................impatiently.............LOL...........

I love walnut as a top wood.  And yours appears to have a crazy radiating pattern that looks like its coming out of the bridge.  Gorgeous!
