Info Request: Series 1 #77-867

Hi - just bought this bass off Ebay and I'd like to know any history you have on file. I love the tone but the action is a bit high for my liking and there is some slight fret buzz at the high end. Can anyone recommend a shop in NJ that can set it up properly? Thanks - Paul

maple & purpleheart neck
Ebony fretboard
mahogany core
walnut peghead veneer
mother of pearl oval inlays
Side leds installed in 1979
Completed 10/17/77
2 previously registered owners
