What I enjoyed about that article is not only does it shed further acknowledgement that gender/ cultural background has nothing to do with brilliance - it also (to me) describes a person who had a true, deep passion for what she did - and that is a a wonderful thing.

I smiled where "Her young daughter described her mother at work as “painting.”" Because her "...method of working on a problem was to doodle on large sheets of white paper, scribbling formulas on the periphery of her drawings."   ;D
