It's an early Michael Dolan guitar.  He was a former Alembic employee that began making Alembic-inspired instruments.  He still builds guitars in Sonoma County, but these days makes more traditional Fender-like instruments.  That's his logo on the peghead.  I've sent the seller this info.

I emailed the seller who then emailed me back thanking me for the info and withdrew the listing.  Seems like an honest mistake to me.
