That's the weird thing about earthquakes. While I'm in the SF bay area, and some people here felt it, my area didn't even feel a thing. If you go maybe 10 miles away, people felt their buildings sway. I feel bad for the people in the affected area. It's kind of unnerving having solid ground move!
