Must have missed this one when I was checking Reverb earlier. FWIW... the link you posted launches Apple mail and puts the link in the address field instead of taking me to the Reverb listing. Apple mail can be buggy but I have never had that issue before.

Looking at the bridge either the intonation is not set properly or something is funky with it that requires the saddle for the G string to be so far back. Nice looking early Series bass, though.

Just headed over to Reverb to check the listing.  Looks like there is a crack behind the headstock, may be a finish crack but something that would need to be checked thoroughly before plunking down anywhere near the asking price.

Dam that looks a lot like my #215!
Same Koa but I have "The Zebrawood" on the back.
Curious how this goes

Pete,

That one is pretty close to yours.   It is serial number 75 225.

That bridge is mounted to the sustain block at a fairly severe slant. The G, relative to the E, probably isn't that far off. The D however appears to be way forward. I've seen these offset bridges like that before. I always figured there must be a reason for it, not readily apparent.

OK, who's the lucky winner?   :)  Not me, but nice bass!
