Nope, definitely an NS Design (as in Ned Steinberger). The Classico peghead has the outline of the classic Crown headstock. (Picture on loan from geepee's Showcase thread

FWIW, there's a Classico for sale just an hours' drive from here... I've been meaning to go test drive that thing, but am deathly afraid of what happens next if I like it.
Will definitely take some pictures. (with their permission of course)
