I have a set (neck, bridge) of Sadowsky single coil jazz pickups for a 5 string. Bought them for a project that never got started.
Inscriptions on the copper shielding says "SC BRIDGE REV2", neck pickup says "SC NECK REV2". Neck Pickup cover has "Sadowsky" inscribed on it (hard to see in the photo)
