Awesome bass! Congratulations! Glad to see you got what you've been searching for. Enjoy, and be sure to share some videos of you playing it with your band!

Lovely looking bass, were you looking long before you found the right one?
The sound of Alembic is medicine for the soul!

Yes I was. had to be 32" scale as well.
I am going to have Mica look into the serial number to get get the specs on the bass.
Thank you all for the kind words and the encouragement. There is NOTHING like an Alembic bass.

I'm glad I could help with the fund raising! It has worked out well for me, too. (Craig was the previous owner of my new to me Modulus).

Life change for my self were an increased cognizance and awareness of my needed improvements. Thus an increased focus and love of my role as a bassist. The reward is an eternity of sonic reflection and listening with an appreciation of Alembic instruments .

I love the bass. Turns out it has a slight back bow(even with the truss rods totally loose). Bass sat in the closet for 8 years. Going to put some heavier gauge strings on, might have to have some fret leveling done. Its not that bad, bass is playable.....but not perfect and I have come this far.
