« on: May 17, 2016, 06:18:07 AM »
I think I finally figured out how to post pics to the new forum thanks to the fine and very helpful advice from modder Dave Houck.
And away we go......

Nice Rogue and Rig, Dave. ;)

You like those Eden cabs okay? I'd been kinda' looking around for a smallish 10" or 12" for my upright gigs... Pro Audio Land has been doing a clearance sale on several Eden demo models.

They work for me and I really do like them.Everybody who hears the rig compliments about how full and clean the cabs sound.
I've been using Eden cabs for years and years and they've never failed me.Currently I'm looking for an D1x15 XLT but can't find a U.S. dealer who stocks them for some reason.
I do need a 12 to 18 month same as cash deal to get one though.

Good to see that I am not the only one who lugs around a lot of gear. Nice Rogue, too. What are the three units in the top row of your rack?

Greg,
I have an Eden 2X10 XST. I really like it. The XST cabinets have an extended low-end and the 2x10 XST is smaller than the 2x10 XLT cabinet (the one in Dave's top pic). It weighs about 60lbs. If Pro Audio Land has a 2x10 XST you should check it out with the caveat being that I got mine from someone who bought it for his upright and didn't like it. I find it to be easy to move despite my 60+ year old back. I turn the horn down or off. My 2x10 XST has a much tighter sound than the 4x10 XLT currently living in my garage. The 4x10 weighs almost 100 pounds, I can't deal with moving it anymore.

Well on top is a Monster rackmount power supply and down below it is a Korg Pitchblack rack tuner and the SF-2,F-1X and Carvin 1500 power amp.Monster cables throughout and Monster studio pro 2000 instrument cables.
I know that Monster takes a bad rap from a lot players (cost/reliability) but in the 20+ years I have been using them I've NEVER had one fail.
Until that happens, like the Eden cabs,I will continue to use them exclusively.
