did you recieve payment for the box i ordered?

sorry I did not get back to you the other day, but the phone keeps on ringing. We received payment and your box shipped last week; Mary said you should have it by today or tomorrow.

Mary said she sent it to the return address that was on the envelope the payment came in, which she tells me was a P.O. box.
