Hurrah!
Our Brother Paul the fake one/the artist formerly known as Dino/ktf once talked about marriage and Alembic.
It was somthing like: you could be surrounded by great Alembics but there is nothing finer to come home to as to loving arms grabbing you in the dark when you try to slip into bed at 3 o clock in the morning.
Vaart wel ende levet scone

Paul the bad one.

Oh, next time you marry, (HA!) don't forget to warn us in advance. We should have come and make some earthquakes.

Aha! Manfred.
So THAT's in time warning.
BTW: I didn't say that, I tried to quote Brother Paul the fake one/the artist formerly know as Dino/ktf.
So HE was right!
I simply agree.
I'm a great agree-er (that's not english).

It is something everyone should do at least once.

It is also something I don't plan to do again. Well... maybe if she has a lot of money....

I was so fortunate that the formidable Mrs. Wilson sang in bands and knew what it was like being a musician.  Saved me lots of explanations over the years. I'll celebrate 21 years with her this December 1st.

I always say the same thing about my marriage:  It's the best thing I've ever done and the hardest thing I've ever done. I can only repeat the best advice I ever heard:  Don't ever go to sleep mad, get it straightened up first.  I've lived long enough to prove the truth of that many times.

Best of Luck and Congratulations !

Dr Ing Lindemanns:

That's the whole problem:  She knows she's got one hell of a husband !

Women are just smarter than we are.  She just doesn't have the itch to sing anymore, much to my disappointment.  She won't put herself through it all anymore.  Most all of her family are musical.  They are a walking encyclopedia of old country music and Southern quartet gospel.  They taught me so much.  She has a fabulous alto, sounds kind of like Dottie West (God rest her soul) or Connie Smith.  I get her to sit in and blow out the rust once in a while, just for me.
