Early X-mas greets
« on: December 18, 2003, 05:29:38 AM »
My brothers and sisters,

tomorrow we leave for Finland to visit my daughter. I wil be unable to visit the club for about 12 days so that's why I start this early greet.

Honestly: you all made my days the past year. It's great to feel the friendship coming out of these threads, the phonecall's, the personal mails etc ...etc ... .

If I have hurted some people in my blunt being me ...I'm really sorry. It was not meant to hurt.

After being in this club for about 1,5 year (yeah ...can you imagine ...I missed all the fun in the old club) I feel great and at home in this world of bassplayers al over the world.

Please keep on dreaming you all out there. Well ...not only to lift the salesfigure of Alembic, but for just the sake of it. If there will come an end to this world it will be because the lack of imagination of human kind. so please ...keep on dreaming.
In this Christmas  periode I wish you all good/sweet dreams! Fo you , your family, your playing ...
See you all in 2 weeks!

Paul the bad one

Have a great Xmas

Have a safe trip and enjoy yourself. Where are you staying, south or north? I've been to friends of mine in sweden, they live near the pole circle, man, -25 degrees Celsius. Plus it was dark for almost the whole day.
The club will be quiet without you. 824 messages in 1,5 year, next year you can do better than that. Merry Christmas Paul.

Have fun and enjoy your stay in Finland Paul.

When you return, I'll hope to have some concrete news about the series cables and stringswing hangers we've discussed. I am still working on them, but it goes into the right direction for the moment.

I am sure you will find a cybercaf? in Finland to keep you updated here, no ?

Merry Christmas and a happy 2004 to all of you !

Bro Paul- Thanks for the kind words and thoughts. I'm certain they are reciprocal. Have a good holiday and be sure to report to the ANEC on all the different beer you tried!

Yes.  Merry Christmas or whatever you may celebrate.  Happy holidays and Seasons greetings to all who frequent this cyber-locale.  And thanks to everyone.  This board has given me many moments of interesting and amusing reading, GREAT information that would have never been obtainable otherwise and some really good conversations.
Best wishes and a great '04 to you all and all who are important to you!

Brother Paul and everyone!!!!

Paul, you spoke very eloquantly and I couldn't have said it any better.  You are right on too BTW.  Everyone have a wonderful Christmas, Hanukah, Kwanza, Ramadan etc.
I too am grateful for this wonderful board of friends.  The power of music and the love of a particular instrument is a powerful thing!!!!

Peace,
Dino

My dear Dr. Ing. Lindemanns:

It has been a singular pleasure to make your acquaintance, as well as so many of the rest of you here in The Alembic Club.  Hug your daughter for us,  and I hope the Season is full of the very best for you and yours.

Season's Greetings from Tennessee !
