What was the bass with the butterscotch pickups in the setup room? Looks like a great visit!

I tried like hell to get that bass from my friend years ago but he never would let it go. He purchased it at a pawn shop for a very low price and has had it ever since. I use to play that bass many years ago which made me want it even more. Now I am just glad to see that he still has it after all these years since we have just reconnected our friendship.

Jeff, thank you, thank you for the cool photos. Seeing my old baby sitting amongst all those wonderful pieces in the homeland is very humbling. I miss the old girl, and to see her there is reassuring.

Valentino, thank you for pointing her out. It looks like she is enjoying her trip home. I am going to send you a few additional ideas I am considering getting done while she is there. BTW, love the look of your new guitar.

Boy I sure would like to have those instruments hanging on my wall! I don't see my bass in the pics does this mean it has shipped?

It's good to be back.  I guess things are ok.  I have had to catch up on lots of reading while I was away.  I was without the internet for a while,  so I had to play catch up at some sort of internet/gamers cafe.  It was very strange.  The room was full of kids with headphones and microphones and they were talking to each other while playing some kinda game.  I have never seen anything like it.  I guess I am getting old.  There was also some other sort of game where people were playing a game while dancing.  I can't explain it.  I think I'll just stick to bass.

Hey Michael:

Great to hear from you my friend. I've had a few restless hours worrying about you. I got updated by club members but still. . all I could think about was how heart-wrenching it must have been to lose any of those wonderful guitars to Katrina.

Thank god you and your family are o.k.!

You're the greatest. . hang in there!
