Seems a little gimmicky to me, but does seem to have some pretty impressive endorsements.

It seems like a great idea and I saw Jimmy Page use one so it must be pretty decent. Its rather pricey, but to be able to use any tuning on your guitar with the push of a button is IMO a pretty amazing invention.
