Alembic bass with very custom electronics

i was looking on the site and found this picture under the historic picture section under Alembics history, does anyone have any info as far as the electronics on this beauty?

i love that bass. it's so unique with its design and all its features, i would by this bass no doubt if i had the money, and if it were for sale of course

yep that one was at the chicago picknick those holes in the pickups are trim pots (each string has its own adjustable volume).........and it was Very Heavy!!!
