Ladies and Gentlemen:
 
May I introduce you to the newest Alembic Essence!
 
Here is the information on him:
 
color: Smoky Black
eye color: Dark
body: minature
mother:  Nicolette
father:  White Cloud
Location:  Berryville, VA
birthday: April 20th, 2006
 
Now I know you all are scratching your heads. Here is the story:
 
A good friend of mine is the manager of a minature horse farm.  I was given the honor of naming the next colt born.  
 
Here he is:  Alembic Essence...Lemby for short:
 

 
 
Enjoy the pics, and for those of you at Alembic -- this baby is for you!
 
This is the only pic I have right now..I will probably have more at the end of the week.

Berryville, VA.  I've been there a couple times.  The Trappists have a wonderful place hidden away there.

Addrian,
The Berryville monastery is known for it's fruitcakes and honey production. It does not brew ales that I am aware of.
