Changing amp tubes

Hi all,
 
I'm getting ready to change out the power tubes in my amplifier.  The tubes installed are 6L6 GE tubes.  I noticed my replacement tubes are 6L6 GC tubes.  Would anyone happen to know if these tubes would hurt my amplifier, or should I find a set of the GE tubes?  The GE's have one more pin than the GC's.

James - I believe they are interchangeable - but you might want to run it past your local amp tech.
