I know it's been said, avoid wireless, but what can you do...

My problem is simple enough. I use a nady wireless at times and there is some low end loss.
I prefer cable but is impractical for some situations.  
My question is what are you using and if you have had similar problems what did you do to fix it?
The low end drop isn't happening with cable.  
The loss is most noticable at low E, D
I prefer not to be sent to prior thread alley on this one please.
 Most of what I've already looked through doesn't specifically address the low end fix.

I use a Samson Airline Wireless system.  It works very well for me, and I don't really notice much of a low end drop off.  In fact, it sounds the same to me whether I use cable or the wireless.  Best of all it's relatively inexpensive, and very easy to use.  The transmitter is a little plug that goes into the bass, and the receiver is like a stomp box with two small antennae sticking out of it.  I can run on either batteries or AC, so it's fairly versatile.  I use it here in Korea with no problems at all.  
 
If I were to have problems I'd probably try to EQ the lows back in, but again, I've not noticed a problem.  Over here I'm using an Ampeg BA210SP combo amp, and it works fine for the places I play here.

I just got my hands on a Shure ULX setup that I haven't tried yet.  I may return it or sell it, though, and wait for this new digital version.

I have an older AKG Model WR200/PT2000 system that I've had for about 5 or 6 years that works pretty good. When I was playing the club scene it's all I'd use (I am a very animated player). At church I'll use it some during rehersal to help our young sound man. But nothing is as good as a hard wire.

I also use an AKG ... new, don't remember the model number. The way i look at it if you NEED a wireless go for it. Fact is if you're running through the front end sound system your bass seldom sounds like how YOU hear it and if you're in a smaller band pumping your sound to the crowd from your amp on the stage it NEVER sounds like what you hear to them. Stage amps are SHORT THROW, you hear all the fidelity ... they hear the low end boom and mush. Kind of depressing but for the most part true. Very few rooms are bass tone friendly ... and even less sound men are! Geezzzz I just depressed myself! :-)
