Happy St. Patricks day and cheers to you all. Although I knew St. Patrick was an Englishman I heard on the readio that Danny Boy was written by a British attorney in 1910.

I met The Corrs a couple of years back, very nice people and the sisters are such beautiful, tiny girls. They are all excellent musicians as well.

In a deferntial nod to my Italian-American heritage, it's my duty to inform you that March 19th is St. Joseph's Day. Just glad the Irish have two days to get it out of their system so we can get down to business, the day after my birthday on the 18th.

Sam My dear friend: I did remember the day. Though the language is mainly thanks to the combination of a search-and-copy-paste-function (hha!). A belated birthday for Caroline too. Hope to see you two very soon!

I truly hope that for the Irish there will be soon come an end to the troubles they have in the northern part of their country. IFF I can believe the news a solution is in the make!

A belated happy birthday from me too!

As you all probably know my daughter studied 6 months in Waterford and she is REALLY into Ireland now! She went out dressed in my Jameson polo (mine! she gave it to me) and an Irish flag!
I went to our bar The Stapleton: FULL HOUSE. A band playing Irish traditionals, the crowd singing along dressed in green and wearing black guinness hats! GReen and white guirlandes hanging from the ceiling and green spotlights. Sorry ...I couldn't stay: an attack of claustrofobia hit me!

Saint Patrick ...must have been some saint!
Mmmmmmm ...wasn't he a bassplayer?

Paul you are the Bad One. You may see me and you may see Caroline but probably not together. I was referring to Caroline Corr. It's Caroline, Sharon, & Andrea. Oh yeah, and Jim.
Debi and I had a small get together at the house. Just a few friends and NO green beer. We loaded the CD player with all Irish artists. Nothing traditional though, U2, Vivian Campbell, Rory Gallagher, The Cranberries, and of course The Corrs. I used to have a Jameson shirt but it became Debi's after we were married.
I think the Irish troubles could end much more quickly if the politicians would stay out of it with their never ending pissing match. Sorry, no more politics.
