In all honest, I wouldn't be caught holding such a ugly bass.

He's a knob tweaker anyway Keavin. When I've seen him live and on TV/DVD, he spends half the night tweaking.

Mind you I bet most of us would know it was Stan just by the technique and phrasing even if we just heard the sound only and not seen the video.

Stanley puts the bass down so fast, it was as if he was going to collect his money for playing it, and with a look, of being done with it...

When he brought that hideous bass to the DC area, he used it for one song then went back to his Alembic.
