Seasons Greetings
« on: December 23, 2009, 08:15:32 PM »
I hate to be the sap of the bunch but I'd just like to wish you all, wherever you are and whatever your beliefs,a happy and peaceful holiday.I sometimes feel like I shouldn't be here, for my dreams of re-joining the ranks of the Alembicians are as distant as when I first posted here.If I can hang on to my house in the the forthcoming 12 months I will have achieved a great deal.

Times are tough but I hope I can still come here to dream!.In the meantime I wish all of you the very best for the coming year.May you find joy in prosperity and strength in adversity, best wishes to you all.

Simon.

I too, wish everyone a wonderful and a very sincere religious experience during this time of year. To my Christan Sisters and Brothers I say: Peace; To My Jewish Sisters and Brothers, I Say: Shalom; To My Muslim Sisters and Brothers, I Say: Salaam; To everyone else, I say HAPPY KWANZAA!

I pray we all continue our spiritual journey to a love supreme, and may our journey be the greatest fulfilling event of all time, until we meet again someday.

Simon,
You're not a sap (but I'm glad you went first -- just kidding!) and you know you'll always belong here, no matter what. I waited more than 35 years to get my first and only Alembic.  Then it took 9 months before it was ready.  Patience is a virtue (even when you don't have a choice) and everything eventually fell into place. You've already tasted the waters once; it'll happen again.

Hal, Back atcha', man!

To EVERYONE in the whole world: Peace, Wisdom, Happiness and Long Life.

To all,
let the joys of the last year be magnified in the next,
may the trials of the past make you stronger in the future,
may the endurance of the bitter moments give way to the sweet,
may your challenges be met with blessings.
may your knowledge and inspiration increase and bear fruit that is shared with others,
may your love and respect of others be met with unconditional return,
and that your decisions may be guided ones devoid of the imperfection of the ego for the examined life is truly the one worth living.
And like our favorite companies name, may your soul and spirit be purified in the Alembic that is the Grace of Almighty God.

Peace and blessings to you all and to those who serve others in their most dire moments.

Danno

and may my next cd be released this year, my new bass be the tool that inspires and lifts others and that my dream of many years come to fruition. (playing music and living stretches of time on a tricked out Prevost.

Dear FRIENDS,

I would also like to leave here my best wishes to every and single one of you!! I hope we can all leave our problems behind with the help of time, and that time will bring us nothing but the best.

I hope we can accept love and be loved, just as we can accept a new Alembic without questioning.

Thank you for a great year here, and thanks the great people at Alembic for never leaving our dreamworld empty.

To all of you: REMEMBER, IT'S ALL ABOUT SMILING!

To all.  Wow, I couldn't possibly add anything to what has already been said here (so very eloquently, I might add), so I'll just say Happy Holidays to you and yours and best wishes for a good 2010.

I'm glad, I had lunch with a friend who manages some well known heavy bands and I played the tracks for her and she loved them. So they may surface in the coming year. The best to your and yours this Christmas and a fantastic New Year.
