Good luck with it, Jeff. Maybe also give thought to a smoking cessation class. A few years before I met the lovely & charming, I went cold turkey on a 5-pack-a-day habit with no problem. She smoked less than a pack a day, and I'm afraid I was nasty about it for 19 years (I quit 5 & you can't quit 1? You're not even trying! ect.) Patches, gum, hypnotism, acupuncture - she tried it all. End of 2001 she did a class at the local hospital (American Heart Assoc., I beleive) & hasn't had one since 12-31-01. One day while she was doing this, I was listening to NPR & they had a smoking cessation counselor talking - said that someone who smokes like I did, with one always going, smokes on autopilot & just has to beat the physical addiction, while a light smoker is also responding to specific psychological triggers, which makes kicking 1 pack much harder than kicking 5. Oops. Again, good luck with it, and, as Simon said, good to see you back.

ps - $11?!?!? Sh*****t! The week after I quit, I saw my first 75? pack, and figured I'd gotten out just in time!
