Does anyone recall this image of Phil Lesh? He's playing his quad bass and he is using a denim guitar strap. I remember seeing those advertised in Guitar Player magazine back in the late 70s - early 80s. Does anyone remember who made that strap? It had a little pick pocket in it. I wish I had bought one way back when... I always thought it was cool.

I'm not sure about Phil's strap in the picture as it's too small for me to make out any detail, but I believe you are thinking of the Pick Pocket strap by Silver Eagle Designs. I'm looking at my old denim Pick Pocket right now.

Apparently, you can buy a used one in good condition here at what looks to be a very reasonable price.
