Body Glove case for Europa 4-string?

I have the official Alembic hard case, but now I'm looking for a hybrid like the Body Glove. [Not interested in a soft gig bag.]
 
There's no local dealer where I can eyeball the Body Glove.  My issue is, does the Body Glove case fit the Alembic bass properly?  Mostly, I'm concerned that Europa's angled headstock could bear weight when the case is flat on its back.  But if there's a neck support built in, this may not be a problem.
 
If anyone has experience with the Body Glove case with Alembic basses, I'd love to hear from you.  Other lightweight case recommendations welcome.

I don't with BodyGlove but my Excel 5's (34 scale) fit in an Incase very well. I'm about to purchase another one. (Just one feller's endorsement.)

Every little bit of weight and size makes a difference.  These hybrid cases seem like a good solution where a heavy ATA road case isn't necessary to protect the instrument -- as when you're heading to a smaller gig with an amp head and a 1x15 cabinet in the trunk of your 1998 Nissan.

FWIW, I use a Body Glove hard-sided gig bag for my '77 Series I 12 String.  The regular case is just slightly smaller than Rhode Island,  The Body Glove seems more than adequate protection for going back and forth to rehearsal. Of course when I gig and I'm loading up the back of the Highlander with equipment, I use the original hard case.  (It's funny, but the one time I never use gig bags is on a gig!)

Bill, thanks for the further comment.  I agree that when the going gets rough, the hard case is the best choice.  
 
If I were a touring musician, I'd get an Anvil-style ATA case.  My Europa bass is worth the size, weight, and cost.
