Graeme; I wrote a rather detailed response. And I did notice that he at least gave a brief listen to my links. Several days later he wrote a very nice response saying essentially that he was appreciative of my letter, that he didn't think we would be a good fit musically, but that he would pass my links on to some others he had jammed with.
My response was somewhat detailed in what I would be interested in, and not interested in, playing. So it is certainly understandable, and appreciated, that he determined that we would not be a good fit.
