That video was awesome Dave. I'm not sure I didn't see an ashtray catch fire in the background at some point (or maybe those were just the special effects of the day ). I was watching his lesson for Smokestack Lightning. Just incredible to see someone put so much expression in just a few notes. I think I could work for half a year and never play it right. Sometimes it seems a person's hands have such a life of their own. A great loss.

I read this the other day in the paper, and was bummed, for sure. He influenced many other legends, himself, not the least of which was Jimi Hendrix, himself.
