Vann-Di,
All you got to do is spank that thang!
Can't wait to hear your version of it.

Fun-kay! :-)

P.S. A local radio station (WMSE 91.7)has a Saturday afternoon show called the Boogie Bang - they play ALOT of old school funk just like that - it's amazing how much funk from bands that I have never heard of is out there.

Terry -
Why yes they do.
Best darn radio station in Milwaukee.
http://wmse.org/index.php
Along the top they have a button for Schedule and also an Archive button where you can listen to past shows. (The Boogie Bang/ Miltown Thang is the funk show).

They support local music and are very diverse, if you don't like what you hear when you tune in - come back in three hours and it's a different program. :-D

p.s. - Instrumental Saturdays are a favorite, Mary generally starts off really mellow with Phillip Glass type stuff and then builds to more intense musical soundscapes, always a thrill and always hear something new.
