Yep, that's from the Dub Room Special DVD - I think it was originally from a made-for-TV broadcast called A Token of My Extreme - the DVD has overdubbed sounds and animation that can be kind of annoying IMHO.

Thanks for posting that. I ended up looking at some of the interviews, and had a difficult time not tearing up about it. I miss Frank.

True story. I'd rather just see and hear the band. The DVD is still worth owning however. :-)
