Hi Bill.
just wondering if you saw my email? I leave UK airspace saturday mrning and I'm not expecting to be able to pick up any personal email after that (work email address that's only accessible from work devices).

By the way, while you're in town, the Alcatraz tour is well worth it. We also have some excellent museums. You can visit the Asian Art Museum, the Japanese Tea Gardens, and the new Aquarium, all next to each other in Golden Gate Park.

and Email replied to. We're definitely driving on tuesday so you can book us in :-) I'll need your address before friday (thursday afternoon for you) so I can print off a map of where you live. please mail me privately.
Also, if you have any suggestions of where we can drive between Alembic and coming to you that would be great.
We booked our Alcatraz evening cruise ages agofor the monday evening. Friends told us it books up really early and they missed out trying to get tickets on the day. Same thing with the 9/11 memorial we're visiting in NYC. It's free but needs to be booked well in advance - we've also heard that security is as tight as it is in an airport).
Looking forward to meeting up with as many folk as I can

Have a great time jacko, I went 12 years ago to SF and visited Alembic, call in at Johnny Garlic's restaurant in Peteluma, great food at good prices.
Alcatraz is an experience indeed.
I need to save some gig money and get myself back there..I guess I would have a few members to visit if I did!

One of the things I miss most about being on the road is playing gigs in SF and hanging there. Great people, great food and lots of cool things going on.
