Perhaps , if you remove the plate on back you can hold the other side of the jack while you tighten it from the front. You may want to use blue tape for protection on the front around the jack to protect from scratching with a wrench . An offset box end or open end or socket or a spin tight can work if you can do it with out scratching. Do not over tighten and damage the wood. Also check the threads on the jack for damage. be sure to check the soldered connections on the jack for damage and the contacts of the jack it's self.
