I'd have to say that Echoes by Pink Floyd live at Pompeii is mine, 24 minutes of jaw dropping musicianship

Dark Star> Space> Drums> Space> Dark Star> Sugar Magnolia; Paris, 5/4/72 - or just about any Dark Star, for that matter.
But then, one cannot overlook Whipping Post & Mountain Jam from The Fillmore Concerts.

Mountain Jam from  live at Fillmore East  is also a fave of mine! The newly remastered Deluxe Edition clocks in @ 33min/39secs.

Mountain Jam from ABB Live at Ludlow Garage is pretty epic, too! I think it's around 45 minutes.

Country Joe and the Fish, Donovan's Reef Jam.  The entire show is pretty much a series of extended jams.  Fillmore West, 1969.  Featuring a number of special guests, including Jerry Garcia, Mickey Hart, and Jack Casady.  Excellent stuff.

Haven't heard the Deluxe version; have to check it out. The Fillmore Concerts  MJ is 33:58.  Here's your extra credit question for the day:  Where & under what circumstances was the first MJ played?

Something to do with Donovan?

Actually, I have a fuzzy recollection of maybe a jam with ABB and Garcia at the Fillmore East, or maybe the Capitol Theater in Port Chester?

I'll say the first side of Miles Davis's Agharta - Pete Cosey is a madman on guitar, and Sonny Fortune's solo a few minutes in is insane with some of the most in-the-pocket playing I've ever heard from Michael Henderson on bass, Al Foster on drums, Mtume on percussion and Reggie Lucas on guitar.
