I was checking out Band in a Box, which was recommended by my son's bass teacher. I found a couple of old threads (2004 and 2007) and was wondering if many of you use this for practicing / jamming to or for writing compositions / songs? It looks pretty complicated and of course, their demos sound great. Also, do any of you have recordings posted that use BIAB as you back up band? I'd love to hear some.
