FENDER STRAT 3 BOLT MICRO TILT NECK

Hi everyone,
I've got my hands on a 70's Strat with the micro tilt neck. It has only 3 bolts and the hex key adjuster.
Does anyone know the proper procedure to adjust the top of the neck a bit closer to the strings???
