I just wanted to introduce you all to my first granddaughter, Olivia, born friday 21st march. Mother and daughter both doing well. I reckon if I start a savings scheme now she'll be able to afford a new Alembic once she's old enough to play one :-)

Congratulation Graeme. Glad to hear everyone is doing fine. The nice thing about grandchildren is you get to do all of the fun stuff and then send them home with mom and dad.

Thanks for the good wishes everyone. I've passed them on to Heather.

In case no-one west of Lands End 'gets' Terry's comment, Werther's originals are a hard Butter toffee that used to be advertised as being grandad's favourite way to treat the grandchildren. Haven't seen the ads on TV for quite a while though.

At the start of Saturday's Signs gig, our singer presented me with a bag and dedicated the first song to the new 'grampaw' which was a surprise (and a bit embarrassing in front of 250 punters).

Mica has spoken, Olivia's first bass shall be a Spoiler....  :-)
Congratulations, Brother Jacko
