Repeating error

I get this message now virtually every time I post a message on the forum. Sometimes when I try to re-submit, it tells me that the message has already bee posted or other times it seems to have posted successfully but when I check later the post has disappeared. This happens on whatever device i use to access the site, mac, iPad or iPhone.  :-(
