Please see extract from a reply you sent me to a post i made in August last year.

I will send you the wood card, which describes what the bass is constructed from and has the warranty registration card, and also a care and adjustment manual.
It sounds like you received the adjustment tools - keep track of them since they are english units and may be hard to replace locally. If you don't see the keys in a smaller bag in the accessories compartment, ask for them in your email.....]
So far I've sent 3 emails and had neither a reply to any of them nor the bits and pieces you told me to ask for in the email.
Please would you get back to me to confirm how to move forward with this. I've had the bass almost a year now and have only got with it an allan key, a spanner and nothing else, which was not quite what I was expecting from the worlds finest bass guitar company.
