He was only 67, and I'm absolutely in shock.  I just loved their music.
I used to think I was indecisive, but now I'm not so sure.

Yes; when that first album came out, I thought it was wonderful.  And the same with the second album, Desperado.  I played a lot of those songs.

Him and Don Henley were as disparate as John and Paul, yet in the same way, when they were on, it was magic.  I admired Henley's solo work, and Glen's was lighter and more soulful, accessible, and it was a hoot to see him on MIAMI VICE back in the day.  Got a world of trouble on my mind . . .

It's a terrible start of the year with so many of our musical heroes gone forever. Should be enough for 2016.

Far too many of our heroes going this year already. And I've just heard about Dale Griffin, drummer with Mott the Hoople, also aged 67.

It's going to be one hell of a jam session wherever they've all gone.

I agree. Too many heroes gone so far. I'm desperately wanting to read the opposite, how many new musical heroes are being born this year... Seems like I desperately want NOT to cling on only musical heroes gone...

Don't worry Peter I haven't quite caught on to the 2016 thing either.
