Yeah recovering well Sonicus, it was this time last year I had my minor stroke, lost a lot of time in karate training which unfortunately showed when I failed my 2nd Kyu(Brown Belt) Saturday gone...never mind, will just train harder and go for it in May!

Terry , it is good to read that you are well and in good spirit. I think it is commendable that you are remaining active ! You are being an example and inspiration for others who have had health obstacles to overcome them victoriously.
