Looking for Mesa Boogie Mark IIC or C+
« on: September 19, 2006, 10:46:31 AM »
If anyone knows where I can pick up a Mesa Boogie Mark IIC+, please let me know.  I'll also consider a IIC as these can still be upgraded to C+ status.  While I'd prefer a hardwood head with simulclass, reverb, and EQ, I'll consider anything - combo, 60/100watt, tolex, whatever.  It's the SOUND.  I've got cash and/or instruments and equipment for trade.

There is a mesa forum online and there is EBay. I've heard that the MKIV sounds a lot like the IIC+ and can certainly attest the the quality of their sound. Good luck!

I won a IIC on ebay that might be a IIC+, the seller isn't sure.  I got it at a relatively good price, probably because of the uncertainty.  It's nice to live in the Bay Area as I can easily bring it up to Mesa, just 15 minutes down the road from Alembic.
