Im in college, and on a tight budget. I am nuts about Alembic basses, unfortunately I'm a guitar player, and I'm afraid my bass collection makes my guitar collection look rather pathetic. Looking for a reasonably priced 6 string, if anyone would be charitable enough to let one go for around the $1500 range... i would be very grateful!!

Looking for a reasonably priced 6 string... Are you referring to a 6-string bass or an ordinary guitar?

I'd like to amen the clarification request.

PLEASE specify guitar or bass for all Alembic Club threads. A few of us actually play 6-string basses and have heart attacks anytime the phrase 6-string Alembic appears in our mailbox.
