A(nother) bass of my dreams:
A relatively lightweight Alembic 5 string in 34 scale. Leaning towards journeyman style (i.e. standard as opposed to super-fancy tops/woods). Prefer 4+1 or 3+2 style headstock. Electronics highly negotiable - I am considering customizing whatever I get next.
As to wood formula, I am most focused on round, full, deep fundamental-oriented construction. I've got the bright maple-y thing covered already with my Essence 6.
Series, Signature, Anniversary, or other 5-strings are a possibility as well, although I find myself envisioning the models in the subject line most frequently.
I am already talking to a few people, but I wanted to post this to see what the Alembic universe has to offer.
Knock, knock, muses, what say you?
