20th for trade
« on: October 15, 2004, 11:40:09 AM »
Hello All,

It is me again, I just got this bass but I am stuggling with the balence and long reach to the lower register. SOOOO here we go again, I am interested in many models from nice Orions, Rogues, Europa's and even short scale models, I am just looking for my niche.
The bass is number 41 of the 200 made, you can see it in the showcase section, but it has it's original brass hardware not the silver. This game is tough! sigh

Man, this must be tough for you. I hope you are able to either adjust to your bass or find another that sits right for you. I blundered into a Rogue, and have been extremely happy with the feel as well as the sound. Hangs well, everything falls where it should. Wish I had LEDs, but that's easily remedied. Good luck!

Only Alembics, though, I suppose?  I have a nice Zon Legacy Elite 5 that's on the block.  Translucent red over quilted maple top and a Piezo bridge to blend in with plenty of tonal control.

Must be the change of season, absolutely beautiful in my neck o' the wood:  sunshine, seventy, and a cold bottle of Becks.
